TICKET REFUND

You need to fill in a standard Application form to return your ticket
 
Fill in the Application according to the currency the ticket was paid in: 
  • Application to refund a ticket paid in hryvnias (download). 
  • Application to refund a ticket paid in zlotys (download). 
Pay attention that all fields must be filled in. Information must be complete, up-to-date and true for the moment of filling in the Application. In case you send the Application containing incomplete or false information, it won’t be considered and money won’t be returned.

After this you need to scan the filled application, the 1st and the 2nd pages of your passport and identification code (if you have no code, then scan a passport page containing this mark) and send them to refund@combiway.com
 
А Payer must present a copy of his passport and identification code for refund. In case a person has no identification code according to his/her religious convictions, he/she must give a copy of passport with the corresponding mark.
 
Important!
Refund applications are fixed from 9:30 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. in working days and from 10.00 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. at weekend..
 
The ticket is not to be cancelled and money is not to be refunded without a filled application sent to the above-mentioned e-mail.
 
Sum of deductions for unused ticket is established individually by a carrier and depends on time from the moment the application was received to the moment of bus departure.
 
You need to call to our office and ask the amount from a manager in order to calculate the exact sum of your ticket refund.
 
The money will be returned in the same way that ticket payment was made, according to payment details and to a person who paid for the ticket.
 
Pay-back period is about 30 calendar days.
